Two Florida carjackers came across an unexpected challenge when they tried to steal a car: A stick shift.
The vehicle, a 2007 Nissan, belongs to a couple who encountered the two men early Friday morning, according to the St. Petersburg Times.
The would-be thieves pounced on the couple with a gun, demanding their money and cell phones.
But that's as far as they got.
After starting up the car, the dimwitted duo gave up trying to drive the car and fled.
