Rides : BMW X6 xDrive40d by Senner Tuning

The German aftermarket specialists at Senner Tuning have recently presented their tuning transformation for an Alpine White 2012 BMW X6 xDrive40d, which is available only in Europe for the moment.

According to the tuners at Senner, the BMW X6 xDrive40d’s 3.0 liter engine is now developing a total output of 331 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 665 Nm (490 lb-ft), compared to the standard 302 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque (443 lb-ft). Senner Tuning says that the extra power came from a reprogrammed ECU and an added sport air filter.
Besides giving the crossover a power boost, Senner Tuning has also played with the vehicle’s exterior design, fitting it with the BMW Performance front bumper with large air intakesin the honeycomb design, rear bumper with integrated diffuser, glossy black kidney grilles and the tailgate comes with a trio of black rear spoilers, two of them being placed on the sides of the rear glass.
Senner Tuning didn’t forget about one of the most important things these days when modifying a car, large rims, 10.5 x 22 inches for the front and 12×22 inches for the rear, wrapped in 295/30R22 and 335/30R22 Continental Sport Contact 5P tires. The BMW X6 has also been fitted with Bilstein B8 shocks and springs with 25/20 mm lowering feature included.
The interior now has a new pedal set, an X6M footrest and tinted rear window. Prices for the upgrade package made by Senner Tuning for the 2012 BMW X6 xDrive40d have been set at 20.000 EUR, depending on the wheels selected.
