Lil Wayne Hates LeBron James.
After happily shilling for LeBron James two years ago in a Nike commercial, Lil Wayne hilariously hates LeBron James now (along with Dwyane Wade, because why not).
In the Wieden+Kennedy produced “Chalk” ads for LeBron’s sixth signature shoe, the Nike Zoom LeBron VI, Lil Wayne can be seen smiling, clapping for LeBron, imitating LeBron’s chalk toss, and wearing LeBron’s shoes.
All that ends today.
In Rolling Stone‘s new February 2010 cover story, Lil Wayne has this to say about LeBron:
When Wayne sat court-side at a recent Miami Heat/New Orleans Hornets game he was upset that Lebron James and Dwyane Wade never came over to talk to him. “Them ni**as never speak to a ni**a,” he says. “They don’t chuck me the deuce or nothing. Ni**a spent all that money on them fuc*ing tickets … Come holla at me. We sit right by them little bitch-ass ni**as. At least come ask me why I’m not rooting for you.”
