The Germans from Wheelsandmore seem the supercar tuner variant of Project Kahn and after announcing a new edition of the Audi R8 just a day before a McLaren Mercedes SLR is its new creation.

The SLR 707 Edition proudly “wears” its number of horsepower in its name: 707, coming from the same supercharged V8, along with 915 Nm of torque. According to the tuner the power was increased from 626 horsepower after a little “play” with the ECU, the exhaust system and by using a big 5.4 liter compressor. The supercar now accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds.

“Already known for spectacular modification on all AMG Mercedes models, Wheels and more didn’t stop at the extremely rare McLaren collaboration model. Although both manufacturers are going separate ways since then, the SLR is already an absolutely classic, though technically antiquated. For this and also optical reasons the Wheelsandmore ‘Edition 707’ requires further approach”, as the German tuner says in a statement.

In order to accommodate the more powerful engine the SLR 707 Edition was fitted with a lower suspension signed by KW Automotive and race approved coilovers so the car can now be controlled more precise.
Being a special edition of a supercar new rims were a “must”, 9.0 x 20 inch at the front and 11.5 x 20 inch at the rear, sitting on 255/30/20 and 305/25/20 Sportmaxx tires from Dunlop.
