Rides : 2012 Lexus GS lineup revealed

Toyota luxury brand Lexus has recently unveiled the 2012 GS lineup, which includes the GS 450h, GS 350 and the GS 250, which are being assembled at the Tahara Plant.

According to the Japanese based automaker, the GS 250 is coming with a smart-sized powertrain, the GS 350 has been completely redesigned and the GS 450h will follow it in its new shape. Lexus says that all the GS models are coming in three grades, the Version L, the F Sport and the I Package. The Lexus GS 450h has a THS II with two-stage motor speed reduction device, it will be available in rear wheel drive, and the cheapest version of the model will be priced at 7m yen.
Next in the lineup comes the GS 350, which is powered by a 3.5 liter V6 engine, codenamed 2GR-FSE, and it will be available with either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. Prices for the new GS 350 start at 5.8m yen, while the top of the line can go up to 7.1m yen. The GS 250 is powered by a smaller 2.5 liter V6 engine (4GR-FSE) and it’s available with rear-wheel drive only. The entry-level GS 250 costs 5.1m yen and prices can go up to 6m yen.
