The
North American based automotive giant General Motors might be planning a
revival for the classic Chevelle, and the model could be presented to
the public at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show.
As a reminder, the Chevrolet Chevelle was a mid-sized vehicle made by GM between 1963 and 1977 and it was one of the most successful nameplates of the company. The Chevrolet Chevelle came in a lot of body styles, like station wagons, convertibles, sedans and coupes, but the peak was “achieved” in 1973, when the Super Sport versions were produced. One of the most iconic model in the Chevelle lineup was the El Camino, but the vehicle was soon replaced by the Chevy Malibu.
