Rides : New BMW 6-Series gets 640d xDrive version

The German based automaker BMW has recently announced that the new 6-Series will get a 640d Diesel xDrive version.

According to the car manufacturer, the upcoming BMW 640d xDrive is expected to offer driving fun combined with low fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, an the model will hit the market soon. The BMW 640d xDrive will definitely become a best seller in the new generation of the 6-Series lineup thanks to its high performance offered and low fuel consumption, both of these combined with a comfortable cabin designed for both everyday use as well as cruising for many kilometers.
The new BMW 6-Series Coupe with its 640d xDrive version will be powered by a 3.0 liter straight-six TwinPower engine, which will be developing a total output of 313 horsepower and it will have an impressive peak torque of 630 Nm, available at low rpms, between 1.500 and 2.500. BMW says that the 6-Series Coupe with the 640d xDrive will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds, before hitting its 250 km/h limited top speed (155 mph).
