Rides : Production ends for the Lexus LFA

Toyota’s luxury brand Lexus has recently announced that production has ended for the LFA supercar after the final model has been produced at the Motomachi plant.

Only 500 units of the Lexus LFA have been produced so far, just like the carmaker has announced initially, and the last model to leave the assembly line in Motomachi, Japan, can be seen in the image posted above. Production of the Lexus LFA has been completed on the 14th of December with the 500th unit leaving the factory. The supercar will continue to inspire other future Lexus models and rumors are saying that a successor of the LFA is under development.
As a quick reminder, the Lexus LFA is a two-seat exotic sports coupe developed by Lexus as a concept car, racing prototype and production model. The Lexus LFA is coming in two body styles, two-door coupe and two-door roadster. The Japanese supercar is 4,505 mm long, 1,895 mm wide and 1,220 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm and a total weight of 1,480-1,580 kg (3,263-3,483 lb). The Lexus LFA has been produced in 500 units, 20 monthly, and it was assembled in Motomachi, Toyota City, Japan. All 500 units of the Lexus LFA have been sold out earlier this year.
