Car Porn : Check Out The 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG promo video

[VIDEO] 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG gets new promo
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has recently released a new promotional video with the 2014 E63 AMG.
After pulling the wraps off its body in an official manner during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of a new promotional video. The footage posted below is revealing some interesting driving footage of both versions of the facelifted E63 AMG and if you’re looking into buying the model than you should definitely check it out.
As a quick reminder, the 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG is a facelifted version of the model. The “new” E63 AMG has an aggressive front fascia, new headlights and some other tweaks, which are helping it stand out from a crowd. The cabin of the model is getting updated trim, revised instrument cluster, newly designed air vents and more. Power to the E63 AMG facelift is being provided by a 5.5 liter twin-turbo V8 engine, generating a total output of 550 HP (405 kW) and 719 Nm of torque (531 lb-ft). Power is being sent to the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system.

Rides : Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG 4Matic First Look

In late November, barely 12 months after the introduction of the most recent Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG.

This will mark the third major revision of the E63 since the current-generation E-class, the W212, was introduced to the press in the summer of 2009 as a 2010 model. Among the luxury-car competition, Mercedes seems to put a higher priority on the prompt introduction of its high-performance variants than do the others.

The motivation for this latest change is the midcycle enhancement to the E-class line as a whole. Most of the German carmakers operate on a six-year interval between major redesigns, with a face lift halfway through the cycle. The face-lifted E-class arrives with the 2014 model year and the E63 is not far behind.

U.S. cars go AWD.
This 2014 model will come with something that we’ve never before experienced on an AMG passenger car—all-wheel drive. Not only will the E63 have the Mercedes 4MATIC system, but that’s the only way it will come to America, although the rest of the world will still be able to order a rear-drive version.

2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series Coupe To Have Twin-Turbo 5.5-Liter V8

CCoupeAMGBlack_new.jpg

In a conversation last night with Inside Line, Mercedes-Benz announced that when the new C-Class AMG Black Series Coupe (we're assuming it'll keep the C63 naming convention) hits sometime next year, it will carry a version of the company's twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8. In the S63 AMG and with the performance pack, this motor makes 571 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque between 2,250 and 5,500 rpm.

But consider that this is the $100K + Black Series and that the last one, from 2007, had 500-horsepower. Is a 71-hp jump-- equal to a sedan -- going to cut it? Our guess is no.

What we do know is that Mercedes said it would be "an M3 killer."But those of you following our twitter already knew this.
