Jaguar has released the very first official video with the all-new 2014 XFR-S in action.
After it was officially presented to the public in a world premiere
during the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show, the all-new Jaguar XFR-S is being
placed into the spotlight once again, this time with the British based
automaker releasing a first video with the powerful sedan in action. The
footage posted below is showing us the Jaguar XFR-S on a deserted road
drifting, flexing its muscles and yelling at us and, we must admit, this
is one interesting car which will definitely steal some customers from
its German rivals. The 2014 Jaguar XFR-S is getting a recalibrated Electronic Active Differential and Dynamic Stability Control system and the model is powered by a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine, used on the XKR-S too, which is producing a total output of 542 HP (405 kW) and 680 Nm of torque (502 lb-ft). The unit is mated to an eight-speed ZF transmission with Quickshift which is allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds before reaching a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph). You can watch the very first official video with the Jaguar XFR-S below. Enjoy!
