Rides : Kanye West sells his Lamborghini Aventador

Kanye West sells his Lamborghini Aventador
Famous American rapper Kanye West is selling his Lamborghini Aventador which was received as a gift from Kim Kardashian, a few months ago.
After driving it just a few times and favoring the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG instead, Kanye West has decided to sell his Lamborghini Aventador. The Italian supercar was a gift from Kim Kardashian and it was spotted at Calabasas Luxury Motor Cars a few days ago. Kanye West wants 444,995 USD for the Lamborghini Aventador.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador is taking its power from a large 6.5 liter V12 engine which is producing a total output of 690 horsepower. The unit is mated to a seven-speed single clutch transmission, which is helping the Italian supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 349 km/h (217 mph). The Lamborghini Aventador is burning an average of 17.2 liters of fuel every 100 km (13.5 mpg) and it’s emitting 398 g/km of CO2.

Kanye West DJ's gig on New Years Eve. Vegas crowd not happy with his skills

WOW! Kanye is a DJ now? He's going by the name "DJ World Yeezy" and he booked his first ever DJ gig last night in Vegas for New Years Eve, Hosted by Fergie.

They say Kanye did a 3 hour set and played some old school music but mostly played his own songs throughout the night including "Nigga's In Paris" 5 times...

The G.O.O.D Music family was there and enjoyed themselves, but the people who paid between $275 to $15,000 to get in and party didn't seem too trilled with Kayne's skills or DJ selection. Some unhappy party goers went on twitter and sent the following tweets:
"I’m proud to say I was at Kanye’s first ever DJ performance in the U.S and I can proudly report that he’s an awful DJ"
"I’ma let you finish, but Kanye, you are the worst DJ of all time."

Stick to being a d-bag!

Music : Nicki Minaj Outshines Kanye West in Album Sales

After only 10 weeks on the charts, Nicki Minaj has passed Kanye West in total album sales.

Following her impressive appearance on 'Saturday Night Live' last week, the Young Money rapper's debut 'Pink Friday,' climbed six spots on Billboard's Top 200, reaching no. 3, with total sales of 989,300, 38,500 in the last week.

Both Nicki's 'Pink Friday' and Kanye's 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' were released on November 19, 2010, but Kanye debuted at no. 1, besting Nicki by over 120,000 units, with first week sales of 497,000 to her 376,000. However, Nicki's album was, as promised, a slow burner. While Nicki's star rose, Kanye's fell; his album dropped three places to no. 19 this week, selling only 18,800 units, with overall sales of 980,900. But no hard feelings, right? The two emcees join forces in West's forthcoming music video for 'Monster,' which features a guest verse from Minaj.

While 'Pink Friday' shows no sign of slowing down, another of the year's best-sellers, Eminem's 'Recovery,' holds steady at no. 16, with total sales of 3,510,500, a staggering amount in the current music economy.

Kanye West and Jay-Z Joint Album to Drop in One Week

Didn't get enough of Kanye West in 2010? The Chi-town rapper is already planning big things for the New Year, making a grand announcement while celebrating New Year's Eve in Las Vegas with his big brother Jay-Z. Though he promised that 'Watch the Throne,' his collabo project with Jigga, would land in stores before '10's end, 'Ye has announced that the highly anticipated disc would be arriving in one week.

While performing his hit 'Runaway' and 'Monster' with Jay, Kanye took the opportunity to share with the audience at Marquee that the project will be here sooner than expected. "We got that new 'Watch the Throne,' comin' in one week," said a smiling 'Ye, posted up next to Hov with a bottle of champagne in hand.

Kanye first revealed the project's existence in August, when he announced on his Twitter account that he and Jay would be dropping the five-song mini-album, with the first single set to be 'Monster.' He later announced that the EP would be turned into a full-length album, heading to England with Jay to put in work on the LP.

So far, 'Watch the Throne' has spawned the single 'That's My Bitch' featuring Elly Jackson, with the track hitting the 'Net in late November. The project is said to feature production from Pete Rock and Q-Tip, and 'Ye has described that the album is "going to be very dark and sexy, like couture hip-hop."

VIDEO: Snippet “Sesame Street” does a video for Kanye West’s song “Monster"

The video for Kanye West’s new single “Monster”, featuring Jay-Z, Rick Ross, and Nicki Minaj was leaked last week. Other than Nicki Minaj’s gigantic ass, the video is kind of confusing. So someone did a version with “Sesame Street” characters. And it’s like 100 million times better.

I’m personally hoping this guy finishes the video, if only to see who gets the privilege of playing Nicki Minaj. If ever there were a time for Snuffaluffagus to embrace his massive brown ass, this would be it.

Houses of Hip-Hop Powerhouses: Kanye, Diddy, Pharrell, More!

Yesterday, photographer extraordinaire Todd Selby presented a full photogallery of hiphop musician/producer Pharrell Williams's $14M penthouse in Miami, Fla. Filled with cartoonish sculptures, graphic art, and Louis Vuitton paraphernalia, the space befits someone who's completely obsessed with modern design—and who even creates some of it himself. Selby's work prompted us to go back and explore the real estate wheelings and dealings of some of Pharrell's hip-hop cohorts: what they've bought, what they've sold, and where they live.

Here's lookin' at Diddy, Kanye, and more. >>

Sean "Diddy" Combs enlisted the knowhow of celebrity designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz to dress his newest NYC digs (above) with modern furnishings in a silvery, neutral palette. Perhaps the soothing interiors calm the chaos left over from Combs's storied and rather tenous series of past real estate-related transactions in the Big Apple.

While Kanye West has expressed a deep love of baroque furnishings and decor on his Twitter feed, the Hollywood apartment he recently listed for close to $4M tells the story of a different aesthetic altogether (above). Like, say, Jetsons art and computer-controlled everything. Oh, and a painting of West depicted as an angel on the dining room ceiling.

Now that Li'L Wayne has been released from Riker's Island, he can finally make use of the $14M modern (above) he's renting on La Gorce, a private island off Miami. Quite an upgrade from being behind bars.

Common-Apartment.jpg
While he's never actually lived in the modest digs, unofficial Chicago spokesperson Common is renting out his two-bedroom investment apartment for a reasonable $2,500 a month (above). He purchased the unit for $402K a couple of years ago; it's his second purchase in the building. Now there's a reason to get chummy with the landlord.
