Famous American rapper Kanye West is selling his Lamborghini Aventador which was received as a gift from Kim Kardashian, a few months ago.

After driving it just a few times and favoring the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG instead, Kanye West has decided to sell his Lamborghini Aventador. The Italian supercar was a gift from Kim Kardashian and it was spotted at Calabasas Luxury Motor Cars a few days ago. Kanye West wants 444,995 USD for the Lamborghini Aventador.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador is taking its power from a large 6.5 liter V12 engine which is producing a total output of 690 horsepower. The unit is mated to a seven-speed single clutch transmission, which is helping the Italian supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 349 km/h (217 mph). The Lamborghini Aventador is burning an average of 17.2 liters of fuel every 100 km (13.5 mpg) and it’s emitting 398 g/km of CO2.

One 2.5-mile runway, three different ways to take off: a Ducati 1098, a tuned Nissan GT-R with 580 horsepower and a launch control upgrade, and a Lamborghini Reventon Roadster. You'd naturally expect the Ducati to assert it's lightweight, high-horsepower authority in these matters, but with more than two miles to run, the ride that gets the jump at the line isn't always the one that gets the win.

That comes in especially handy for the Lamborghini, which suffers from a bad start in the first race and just looks plain ordinary in the second, until it finds redemption. You can see how it all goes down in the video below.

Car Porn : Watch an Aventador, Viper and LFA play the songs of their people

  Road & Track recently stopped by Cars and Coffee in Irvine, California, with the 2013 SRT Viper and found themselves a place to park between a Lamborghini Aventador and a Lexus LFA. Those machines might as well be the three musketeers of ludicrous exhaust notes, and rather than keep those 24 raging cylinders muffled, R&T set about conducting an orchestra of internal combustion. On seeing these three lined up, we were more than prepared to call the Viper victorious when it came to tickling our ear drums, but the latest domestic V10 sounds down right civilized in this company.
  There's something about the noise of a street-legal V10 that can wrap it's tachometer all the way to 9,000 rpm that turns our knees to quivering dollops of jelly.

Rides : Lamborghini braces us for the end of Gallardo production

A changing of the guard is afoot in the Lamborghini stables. The Italian supercar brand sticks with a particular model for a respectably long period of time, thus any model changeover is cause for attention. First came the gloriously badass Aventador succeeding the Murcielago, which signals that the Gallardo replacement is on the way next. Not one to let any occasion go without its due pomp and circumstance, Lambo released a video entitled "The Final Gallardo."

The clip features various footage from the life of the Gallardo, worked in with a manifesto of sorts regarding Lamborghini's purpose, and how that fits into the Italian way of life. Little is stated about the Gallardo itself, let alone the eventual replacement. Additionally, it is unclear if the video is to celebrate a special "Final Edition," or merely the last Gallardo to roll out of Sant'Agata Bolognese. Until we do see the Gallardo successor, feel free to watch Lamborghini reveling in the sound of its own awesomeness in the video below.

The German aftermarket specialists at Wheelsandmore have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, a new upgrade package for the Lamborghini Aventador.

Before the Lamborghini Aventador made its way onto the market as the replacement for the iconic Murcielago, the Gallardo was the most tuned model in the company’s lineup, but that quickly changed once tuners got to see the attractive lines and impressive performance of the Aventador. This is exactly the case of a German tuner named Wheelsandmore which can’t get enough of the Italian supercar and has decided to release yet one more upgrade for the model.
According to the tuning company, the Lamborghini Aventador in question has been named the Bianco and it’s coming with a black stripe running across the length of the car. This, along with the 20-inch up front and 21-inch at the rear 6Sporz2 forged alloy wheels, are the only visual enhancements of the supercar. A power upgrade is also available, which is offering 777 HP and 561 lb-ft of torque from the standard 700 HP and 509 lb-ft, achieved with an ECU remap, adjustable valve flaps, stainless steel exhaust system and plasma coated tips. No pricing details have been released yet.

Well we did and after a quick search online we found the video posted below, which is revealing exactly what we were looking for. No pricing details for this exhaust system have been officially announced but we don’t even care because this footage has made my day.

Bentley and Lamborghini said their plans to develop ultra-luxury SUVs may be delayed to help parent company VW save money due to the European crisis.

UK Bentley and Italian Lamborghini presented at the auto shows in Geneva and Beijing earlier this year quite an extravagant concept SUV, and said that they wait foe VW’s approval to begin production. The two companies rely on this new SUV to boost sales, especially Lamborghini , which is loss-making since 2009, despite rumors that expanding to four-by-fours will ruin the brand’s exclusivity.
But as Volkswagen begins to feel the consequences of the European crisis, has begun to make production cuts, postpone new models and raise money amid tough times. On November 23rd, VW’s supervisory board will present the revised plan for this year.

“Such vehicles are anything but obligatory during a crisis,” said Frankfurt-based Equinet AG analyst Tim Schuldt. “Delaying their launch would be no drama but help save costs.”

This means that VW’s plans to overpass rival GM as the second biggest automaker in the world behind Toyota, will also be delayed. The German automaker reported sales of the Golf hatchback up only 4.3% to 492,500 vehicles last month and last week the company halted production of the Passat for two days, part of its plan to cut group output by about 300,000 cars.

DMC Design has recently revealed a new tuning package for the Lamborghini Gallardo, which includes a new body kit, large wheels and a mild power boost.

After most important tuners have already offered an upgrade package for the Lamborghini Gallardo, the aftermarket specialists at DMC Design have decided that time has come to present their latest creation. According to DMC Design, the Lamborghini Gallardo has been fitted with a new aerodynamic body kit, made out of carbon fiber, which includes a prominent wing, a front lip spoiler, new side skirts and a rear diffuser.

“Most significant eye-catcher is the new body kit, made of 100% carbon fiber: A new carbon fiber front lip spoiler streches the Gallardo, makes it’s look more aggressive and supports downforce on the front axle. New carbon fiber side panels as well as added carbon fiber side diffusers make the car wider, more stable on the road, and add a salient aura. In addition, DMC added a new carbon fiber rear spoiler wing on the top, and a bigger carbon fiber rear diffuser on the bottom, both supporting improved aerodynamics of the car”, as DMC Design is saying in its official press release.

For improved performance, the tuner has revised the ECU on the Italian supercar and now the 5.2 liter V10 engine, which is powering the Lamborghini Gallardo, is developing a total output of 572 horsepower and 575 Nm of torque (424 lb-ft). An optional exhaust system can also be ordered by future customers of the upgrade package. There is no official word on the price list just yet.
