The Lamborghini Murcielago is once again placed into the spotlights after the owner of an LP670-4 SV has turned his ride into a 700 HP beast with rear-wheel drive.

According to David Wiggs, a friend of Robert Himler who is actually the YouTube uploader of this video, a Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV has been turned into a rear-wheel drive monster and it’s now developing 700 horsepower. The Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4’s front differential, torque tube and half-shafts have been removed in order to turn this ride into a rear-wheel drive supercar. The process also saved 56 kg (125 pounds) and as a result to the streamlined, the horsepower figure has also increased.
The owner of the Italian supercar has big plans for his ride and the Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV, in its rear-wheel drive configuration, will be taken to an impressive 1.600 horsepower. The supercar is now developing a total output of 700 horsepower from its standard engine so twin turbos might be the answer here. As a reminder, the Lamborghini Murcielago has been introduced back in 2001 and the model has been manufactured until 2010, when the Aventador took its place. The Murcielago is available in two body styles, two-door coupe and two-door roadster, and it comes with two engines, 6.2 and 6.5 liter V12.
